The Wythenshawe Estates Team delivers a wide range of estate and property management services across multiple hospital sites. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical HVAC / Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of Hard FM services across our estate.
As a Wythenshawe Estates Tradesperson, you will play a key role in maintaining the Trust’s buildings, plant, and infrastructure safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory requirements and NHS Trust policies. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality maintenance and compliance services.
Your work will involve a combination of planned and reactive maintenance, delivered both by in-house teams and external contractors. With multiple sites and varying service users, no two days will be the same - if you’re looking for a role with variety and purpose, this could be the perfect fit.
