Aureol Global Connections is seeking a Mechanical Fitter with basic welding experience to join our experienced team. This role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical components, with additional responsibility for performing basic welding tasks to support fabrication and repair work. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and possess practical skills in both mechanical fitting and welding. Responsibilities Assemble and fit mechanical parts and systems according to technical drawings and instructions. Perform basic welding tasks, including tack welding and minor repairs, to support mechanical fitting operations. Inspect and maintain mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of welding and fitting activities. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies. Trade certification or relevant experience in mechanical fitting. Basic welding skills and experience, including familiarity with common welding techniques and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication instructions. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
