We’re seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters / Maintenance Technicians to support a scheduled machinery overhaul at a food manufacturing facility in Dandenong. This role suits tradespeople with food and beverage industry experience who can work safely, accurately, and to tight shutdown timelines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Replace bearings, seals, bushings, nozzles, belts, and other wear parts.
• Maintain GMP standards at all times, including clean-as-you-go practices, contamination prevention, and correct handling of lubricants and parts.
• Skilled in precision fitting, alignment, pneumatics/hydraulics basics, and reading mechanical drawings.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
