SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Education:

• High school diploma with technical certification; trade diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Typically 5+ years in mechanical supervision roles; 8–12 years preferred in oil & gas or complex construction projects and mechanical work for high rise building and all type for construction project, including external work also.

Skills:

• Proficient in reading construction drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety systems (e.g. permit-to-work) and fitment techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Preferred:

• UAE driving license.
• Familiarity with regional safety requirements and HSEQ frameworks.
