Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP projects, ensuring work is executed efficiently and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UAE as a Mechanical Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, especially HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
