Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, apprentices, and laborers.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
  • Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Order and manage materials and equipment required for the project.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, other trades, and clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
  • Perform complex calculations and planning for unique or large jobs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Experience with plumbing systems in [mention specific types of projects, e.g., new construction, commercial, etc..
