The selected candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, assessments, and vibration analysis to maintain the functionality and compliance of specialized equipment. Responsibilities Conduct inspections and assessments as a Mechanical Inspector to evaluate the integrity and quality of mechanical systems. Perform precision machining tasks to ensure the quality of mechanical components. Oversee electrical installations and equipment to verify compliance with safety and operational standards. Manage instrumentation systems to ensure they meet operational requirements for various projects. Conduct vibration analysis on mechanical components to identify problems and recommend solutions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality standards and safety practices are upheld during inspections and repairs. Maintain thorough documentation of inspection findings and provide accurate reporting on project developments. Provide technical guidance to other team members regarding mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in a combined role of Mechanical Inspection & Machining, and Electrical/Instrument/Vibration specialties. Proven experience in the Oil & Energy sector with a strong focus on inspection and maintenance. Valid certifications in relevant fields such as API 510 for Mechanical Inspection, Electrical Safety, and Instrumentation Certifications. Demonstrated expertise in precision machining techniques and processes. Strong knowledge of vibration analysis methods and tools. Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations, including API, ASME, and ISO. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schematics. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and document non-conformances effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within teams. Willingness to travel or relocate as necessary for project work in the region.
