Manual labor in this position does consist of lifting and moving anywhere from 7'-16' aluminum extrusions so there is an importance of physical health to be suitable for this work. Reliability is also a key factor that we will be looking for as our team operates and thrives on dependability. Job duties consist of but are not limited to the following: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on key machinery. Ensure that all machines are properly calibrated and functioning to reduce downtime. Proactively address mechanical issues and minimize operational disruptions.
