Description
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lead to oversee and coordinate all mechanical works on large-scale data center construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that mechanical systems are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities Lead and manage all mechanical works on site (HVAC, cooling systems, pipework, etc.) Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Ensure works are executed in accordance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and schedules Work closely with the Project Manager, Electrical Lead, and CSA team to ensure seamless delivery Monitor progress, cost, quality, and HSE compliance Support commissioning, testing, and handover of mechanical systems Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues proactively Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Lead or similar role on large construction projects Strong background in mechanical systems, ideally within data centers, mission‑critical, industrial, or large commercial projects Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong communication and coordination skills Willingness to work on site and travel as required
