Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Days Monday to Friday
Great opportunity for a mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer to join one of Northern Irelands top companies serving the agri sector.
Working Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm, you’ll carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure overall production runs smoothly and efficiently
Shift options may be available in the future if preferred (shift premium higher earnings) however this position is days only
Overtime available at 1.5 rates which will increase your earnings well over £40k+

The Role

  • Mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns
  • Fault finding and trouble shooting machine issues
  • Repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
  • Fitting mechanical parts and fabrication
  • Work with engineering drawings effectively
  • Complete maintenance records accurately
  • Adhere to H&S and company policy at all times

What we are looking for

  • Time served Maintenance Fitter/ Maintenance Engineer
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting working with automated equipment
  • Excellent mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
  • Preferably experience fabricating and working with lathes & milling
