We are seeking an Maintenance Engineer to be based in UAE. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for coordinating, planning and monitoring the operation, maintenance and service of heating and cooling system.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing maintenance plans and requirements based on maintenance contracts
• Preparing and developing weekly, monthly & annual preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and service department; Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Preparing weekly maintenance checklist including all dates, material, tests and resources needed
• Documenting operation & maintenance manuals
• Responding to on-call service requests and issuing works orders
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
• Ensuring service reports are completed on a regular basis
• Coordinating with various departments for the proper planning and execution of maintenance and service work
• Providing proper feedback on project requirements, status and progress.
• Conforming to quality system procedures and requirements
• Continuously improving the operation, maintenance and service department
• Ensuring proper site health and safety measures are taken
• Supervising maintenance technicians and staff
• Other duties may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
