Mechanical Maintenance Manager
Based at Littlemore Mental Health Centre, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Band 8a £30.94/hr – 37.5 hrs per week – Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00
Temporary placement up to 6 months
NHS experience essential - Authorised Person (AP) essential

As the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of the Estates and Facilities Senior Management Team. You will provide professional leadership and expertise in mechanical engineering, ensuring compliance with healthcare technical memorandums (HTMs) and the effective management of supplier contracts. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining the operational performance of our facilities and ensuring they remain safe and efficient for our patients, staff, and visitors.

You will oversee all works related to:

• HTM02 – Medical Gas Systems
• HTM03 – Ventilation and Heating Systems
• HTM04 – Water Safety
• HTM08-02 – Lifts
• SHTM08-08 – Pressure Systems

This includes audits, assurance reviews, and providing expertise as an Authorised Person for these areas.
