Job Description Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time. The Role: You will be responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of plant equipment. This work requires the ability to make decisions based on established procedures and is of a technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of GMS; focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). You will have some direct mentorship received from supervisors. What You'll Do: Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Developing and executing schedules to prevent machine failures, including lubrication, inspections, and cleaning. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnosing root causes of mechanical breakdowns and fixing or replacing defective components (pumps, motors, conveyors, etc.). Operational Efficiency: Optimizing machinery performance to maximize production output. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and technical results in a CMMS Safety Compliance: Ensuring all equipment meets safety standards and operating procedures to prevent hazards. Project Management: Assisting with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. Inventory Control: Monitoring spare parts inventory and ordering necessary equipment or supplies. Your Skills & Abilities ( Required Qualification ) Knowledge and Experience: 4 ~ 6 Years of experience in same field Education: Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree. Skills: Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems ,Pumps , Fans, Boilers ,,etc. Technical Expertise: Proficiency with precision measuring tools and diagnostic software Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
