Job Role Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities related to HVAC and MEP systems. This role includes conducting regular site inspections, ensuring work quality, coordinating with technicians and contractors, and preparing accurate price estimations for maintenance and project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Coordination:
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Assign tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Site Inspections & Visits:
  • Conduct routine and scheduled site inspections to assess the condition of HVAC and MEP systems.
  • Identify faults, wear, and inefficiencies, and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports with recommendations and follow-up actions.
  • Price Estimation & Cost Control:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimations for maintenance, repairs, and replacement projects.
  • Source quotations from suppliers and contractors to support pricing accuracy.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
  • Preventive Maintenance Planning:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC and MEP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Troubleshoot HVAC and MEP system issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and cost estimates.
  • Generate periodic reports on system performance, maintenance trends, and budget utilization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC/MEP maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing installations.
  • Experience in site inspections, maintenance planning, and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont
