REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related field.
• Min 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and supervisory

• Supervise in-house contractors and vendors to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical tasks.
• Develop and update maintenance plans and schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Analyze equipment performance to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Ensure maintenance plans meet engineering standards and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare maintenance documentation, including checklists and risk assessments.
• Achieve maintenance KPIs and support technician training and development.
• Manage manpower, including overtime and emergency planning.
• Oversee spare parts and warehouse activities, including stock management and ordering.
• Handle service contract scopes, PR, and evaluations.
• Forecast, monitor, and manage maintenance budget.
• Participate in emergency response and assume relevant roles as needed.
