WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Leading day-to-day maintenance activities and managing breakdown responses, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Supporting team development, coaching and performance management to keep our standards high.
  • Taking ownership of health and safety protocols, and leading by example.
  • Managing contractors and suppliers for specialist repairs and services.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Production and Planning teams to deliver availability, performance and reliability targets.
