Mechanical Technician
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing
Basic Salary = 2300 - 2500 AED + Other Allowance
Qualifications : Mechanical Diploma
- Knowledge of Mechanical Diagrams and read the technical manual, Troubleshooting gearbox, motor, pumps.
- Have an Experience for high speed blowing machines (SIDEL, KRONES, KHS, SACMI).
- Knowledge of Plumbing works, performing steel and stainless-steel Welding.
- To carry out repairs on various types of electrical & mechanical equipment, which includes repairing or replacing defective parts, obtaining necessary suppliers, parts and tools as necessary and testing to ensure equipment functionality
- To carryout planned and unplanned maintenance work and ensuring that work is done according to Company’s specifications and standards/regulations.
- To carry out preventive or routine maintenance and corrective maintenance on HVAC, Air compressor, heat exchanger, Chiller, Boiler, AC’s and Filling & Packaging lines.
- To maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance work completed including work orders and maintenance log, describe the fault, work carried out and materials, time and manpower used, and record test results on various units for further reference.
