Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician - Die Casting. The role is located in Fenton, MO. The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance on die casting equipment, ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical systems, conducting inspections, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment and strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a metal casting or machining environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and AC/DC motor repair. Familiarity with CNC and PLC systems is a plus. Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Welding and basic fabrication skills preferred. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to work overtime and be on call for emergency repairs if needed.
