As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Mechanical Engineering practice in Cairo, ensuring technical excellence, business development, and high-quality client delivery. Responsibilities Leading the Mechanical Engineering practice, including strategic planning, resource management, and performance monitoring to ensure operational excellence and business growth. Building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing proposals to expand service offerings in the mechanical engineering domain. Mentoring and developing a team of mechanical engineers, fostering innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence. Establishing best practices, methodologies, and quality standards for mechanical engineering projects across various industries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other practice leaders to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Strong technical background in product design, simulation, manufacturing processes, and materials science. Proven success in business development, client management, and engineering practice growth. Experience managing complex engineering projects across industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or industrial manufacturing.
