WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Related Degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in MEP design, modeling & drafting within consulting or industrial settings.
  • Proficiency in use of Revit and associated BIM workflows is a requirements
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards
  • Experience in design and modeling of other related disciplines such as electrical, general arrangements, are considered as very strong asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Enginuity Consulting Ltd. is seeking a motivated Mechanical / MEPO Designer to join our multi-disciplinary engineering team. Reporting to the Design lead and Professional Engineers, you’ll contribute to a wide range of green field and brownfield expansion projects across light and heavy industrial projects. This role blends technical expertise in mechanical design and BIM modeling (Revit) with opportunities for professional development and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Your work will span from early design phases through to construction and commissioning, ensuring quality and innovation every step of the way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design Mechanical MEP systems using BIM (REVIT) for buildings and process systems – Ducting, Plumbing, Utility, Equipment layouts, and Process systems with direction from professional engineers
  • Prepare engineering drawing packages, technical reports, and construction documentation.
  • Conduct site visits for assessments, surveys, and data collection.
  • Review project documents for compliance and quality.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Assistance with Project Co-ordination and management efforts as needed.
