YOUR NEW ROLE:
BAE Systems Maritime Australia (formerly known as ASC Shipbuilding), has been contracted to deliver nine of the world’s most advanced anti-submarine warfare frigates to the Royal Australian Navy. The Hunter Class Frigate Program will create and sustain more than 5,000 jobs across BAE Systems and the wider Australian Defence supply chain over the life of the program.
As part of our international Detail Design team, you will create and integrate high-quality 3D piping system models and 2D production outputs using advanced digital shipbuilding toolsets. These outputs directly enable the production workforce in our Osborne shipyard, and subcontractors across Australia, to manufacture and install the complex mechanical and piping systems of the Hunter Class Frigates.
Whether you’re starting out, developing your skills, or bringing decades of piping design expertise, this is your chance to work on Australia’s most complex shipbuilding program and leave a lasting mark on our nation’s naval capability.
