Description

NO.Representative Duties1Design, develop and implement equipment preventive and predictive maintenance plans, which incorporate preventive maintenance measures;2Review and manage spare part reservation plan. Utilizing value analysis and reliability modeling, effectively control and improve spare parts inventory and reservation plans;. Ensure spare part availability;3Applying methodologies such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effects Analysis) and FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System), develop engineering solutions to resolve repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plant operations;4Statistically analyze the life cycle and wear performance of critical spare parts on production and utility equipment;5Equipment asset list and maintenance plan management; Responsible for equipment maintenance plan implementation, adjustment, and effectiveness verification.6Determine and assess technical criteria to evaluate vendors and suppliers for equipment installations, upgrades and maintenance; 7Department control document management according to Quality system, customer and company requirement;8Equipment 5S management, responsible for equipment 5s rectification and supervision; 9Equipment TPM management, responsible for equipment TPM rectification and supervision;10Other duties as assigned11Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time
