Magnolia Companies is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Plumbing BIM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models of Mechanical Systems Piping/Equipment Layout in Revit for preparing Shop Drawings and Points Layout for field installation and shop fabrication. Responsibilities Using Project Plans, Specifications and Submittals. Accurately produce 3D models of Mechanical Systems Piping/Equipment Layout in Revit for preparing Shop Drawings and Points Layout for field installation and shop fabrication. Follow BIM Execution Plan (Model Standards, naming conventions, Data Exchange Protocols). Manage changes and update model. Identify/Address Potential Conflicts through RFI Process. Participate/Collaborate/Resolve Issues during Coordination/Clash Detection, communicating with Team Members and other Trade Disciplines. Requirements Strong Knowledge of the Construction Process and Plumbing/Mechanical Systems/Modeling using Revit Software & Functionalities, Model Review, Clash Detection and Coordination Workflows. Strong Knowledge of Software Applications (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Revit, Navisworks, Vic Tools). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems Piping/Equipment Layout.
