Kerman Contracting is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join our Head Office team. This role will see you coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects and participate in planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating Non-Process Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing designs, drawings, plans, specifications, schedules and reports for projects, engineered systems, technical equipment or components.
  • Work with other disciplines to provide compliance with the contract requirements.
  • Review drawings to ensure compliance with clients specifications and proactively address design issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors to resolve technical queries.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure activities are streamlined and kept to schedule.
  • Assist with estimating, scoping and preparing variation quotations.
  • Prepare project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Perform other organisational duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements.
  • Take responsibility for your safety, uphold the Company WHSE policies and participate in Company WHSE initiatives.
