As they embark on an exciting scale-up journey, they are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Project Manager to join the team in there Midlands office, This role involves

  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for each project, including scope, timeline budget, and resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are identified and tracked and targets are achieved.
  • Carry out and complete on-site surveys to ensure clients expectations both in terms of specification, timescales and costs are achievable prior to project commencement.
  • The ability to take a Mechanical HVAC projects from estimate to completion is the ideal

As a Mechanical Project Manager r, you will play a critical part in the continued growth of the business through your client-facing role, you will being responsible for managing and prioritizing your workload, ensuring that the information you are responsible for is captured in the systems and communicated to the client in a timely fashion, to the highest standards.

  • Estimate project costs at pre-contract stage using Senate’s project forecast system.
  • Commercial targets to be shared and agreed with Operations Director prior to project start.
  • Continued monitoring of project costs during the project lifecycle (including labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors) and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints through to handover.
  • Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, subcontractors, and apprentices
