Responsibilities
  • Support mechanical engineering or project coordination efforts under the guidance of senior team members on active projects.
  • Assist in developing project plans, contributing to defining scope, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Participate in mechanical design activities, collaborating with experienced engineers to learn best practices and contribute to design solutions.
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines, fostering strong communication and teamwork across functions.
  • Track project progress and support budget monitoring, helping identify cost-saving opportunities and flagging potential issues.
  • Help identify project risks and contribute to discussions on mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with clients professionally, providing updates when appropriate and helping address questions or concerns.
  • Ensure engineering work aligns with quality standards and codes, learning to interpret and apply relevant guidelines.
  • Review technical designs and documentation with senior engineers, gaining experience in evaluating and refining engineering outputs.
