OVERVIEW

MJD Mechanical & Electrical Services are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion across the South and Southwest of the UK.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid understanding of project management principles. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management.
  • Proven experience in managing simultaneous projects ranging from £80,000 to £2,500,000.
  • Proven experience in project management within the mechanical engineering sector.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is an advantage.
  • SMSTS / SSSTS qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving License
