Meel Group is a well-established MEP contractor with over 55 years of trusted delivery across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. As part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to join our dynamic Projects Division. This role offers exposure to flagship projects, leadership responsibility, and a genuine opportunity to grow with the business.

YOUR ROLE:

You’ll take full ownership of multiple mechanical projects from tender through to final delivery. Working collaboratively with the electrical division and wider internal teams, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages across multiple live sites
• Collaborate with internal estimating and commercial teams on tenders and bid strategies
• Manage contract administration, project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
• Oversee site-based delivery teams and specialist subcontractors
• Ensure strong client communication and high-quality service throughout project lifecycles
• Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement within your teams
• Uphold robust health and safety processes, ensuring compliance and best practice across sites

Pay: £61,305.00-£64,837.00 per year
