CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the M&E sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, HVAC systems, and fit-out projects.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of design coordination, cost control, and value engineering.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience working with main contractors and direct clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.
