REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven QA/QC Experience: Demonstrated track record in quality assurance and quality control processes, including inspections, audits, documentation, and compliance with relevant industry standards and protocols.
· Technical Expertise in Mechanical Systems: Solid understanding of either electrical or mechanical systems, with the ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements related to data center MEP infrastructure.
· Data Center Industry Experience Prior experience working in mission-critical data center environments is desirable, with a deep understanding of the unique operational standards, uptime requirements, and commissioning procedures.
· Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams, as well as to generate clear, concise QA/QC documentation and reports.
· Collaborative Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing, cross-functional team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
· Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: High attention to detail and commitment to following established QA/QC procedures, while also contributing to the development and refinement of quality processes and standards.

Responsibilities

· Thoroughly review and comprehend project specifications to ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with defined quality standards and technical requirements.
· Evaluate detailed engineering drawings (MEP and architectural) to verify alignment with quality standards, identify discrepancies, and support quality inspections on-site.
Monitor and align QA/QC activities with project timelines, ensuring quality checkpoints and inspections are completed in accordance with the overall construction schedule.
· Prepare and deliver structured daily and weekly QA/QC progress reports, highlighting key findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and general site observations to senior QA/QC leadership.
· Engage with project managers, contractors, consultants, and client representatives to fully understand and implement the project’s quality requirements and expectations.
· Train and guide field personnel, subcontractors, and trade workers on quality control procedures,
· Perform scheduled quality walks and inspections throughout the project site to identify deviations, ensure workmanship meets specifications, and confirm adherence to project standards.
