EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) are advantageous.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical quantity surveying within the UAE construction industry. Experience in large-scale projects is preferred.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM tools is a plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
