Description
Plan and execute PECVD chamber component and system development, utilizing expertise in thermal, flow, structural, chemical, and RF plasma engineering. Address complex problems by integrating knowledge from various domains and coordinating projects with cross-functional teams. Design, develop, and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixtures, and processes to facilitate the handling, assembly, and disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies throughout the product lifecycle. Establish Best Known Methods (BKM) designs for future tool implementation to optimize functionality, manufacturability, and quality assurance. Serve as the primary point of contact for field and quality issues related to assigned components. Proficiency in FEA/simulation for structural, flow, and thermal analysis. Hands on design experience with 3D/2D design tools (Inventor/AutoCAD) Practical experience with CVD processes and expertise in CVD vacuum and chamber design.
