JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide assistance and advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Perform initial diagnostics and offer repair recommendations.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes, including costs and delivery times.
• Maintain constant communication with customers, reporting on the progress of the service.
• Promote and sell additional services according to customer needs.
• Manage service-related documentation such as work orders and invoices.
• Reception, management and monitoring of claims, coordinating with insurance companies.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the tasks mentioned above, at least three years
• Knowledge of automotive technical terminology
• Handling Excel and computer tools
• Adaptation skills to work in a dynamic environment
• Driving license
