The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees. Job Description Follow safety protocols and ensure cleanliness of equipment. Operate and troubleshoot high-speed automation systems. Collaborate with team leader for line clearance and 5S. Communicate with production, supervisors, and engineers to maintain quality. Document practices accurately. Read layout drawings and wiring schematics. Install electrical components and conduct diagnostic tests on products. Analyze and resolve root causes for ongoing quality issues as they relate to assembly, mold or molding processes including all other supporting technical processes. Communicate technical status updates to Supervisor Production/Head of Production Unit & Head of Maintenance. Provide production planning processes based on the customer needs, machine assignment, press, and mold availabilities. Build the technical strength of the team through hands on training. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or technical training; knowledge of GMP a plus Experience with high-speed automation and molding components preferred Ability to install and work with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components Strong print reading skills (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic) Solid understanding of production processes with proven leadership experience Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols Additional Information clean room work environment 12 hr shift, 2-2-3 schedule All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
