KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customer support and technical assistance on our fold converting machines
• Closely interact with our clients worldwide to provide technical support about products and services, remote and at customers’ facilities
• Ensure mechanical assistance for startup, upgrades and technical improvements
• Assist customers with machinery set-up, troubleshooting and training according to necessity
• Guarantee a correct and prompt assistance identifying and analysing technical problems as well as providing technical solutions, which meet both internal requirements and customer’s requests
• Proactively suggest performance improvements or process optimization to minimize downtime and maximize production
• Respect quality standards and established safety procedures

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Technical Diploma or degree in mechanical or mechatronics fields
• Strong experience in field service roles
• Availability and willingness to travel
• Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical and fluidic systems is appreciated
• Proficiency in Ms Office
• Fluent Italian and English is mandatory
• Knowledge of a third language is appreciated
• Flexibility
• Customer orientation and communication skills
