Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
Interpret and implement mechanical design drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure adherence to schedule.
Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, DM, Civil Defense).
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Enforce quality control and safety standards on site.
Support project managers in technical documentation and procurement processes.
