Job Responsibilities: Supervise on-site installation of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and workmanship to maintain quality compliance. Monitor contractors’ progress, report site activities, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth execution. Oversee testing, balancing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure performance and safety compliance. Support project managers in ensuring timelines and cost objectives are met. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer on large-scale building or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC). Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple site tasks simultaneously. Work Conditions: Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Days Off: Friday and Saturday
