REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience managing mechanical fit-out projects as a site / project manager (CAT A & B)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, and plumbing systems within commercial buildings

• Our Mechanical Project / Site Managers Oversee mechanical installations on commercial fit-out projects
• Manage project delivery from pre-construction to handover
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Budget management and client liaison
