We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations on a range of MEP projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all mechanical works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the MEP or construction industry.
• Trade qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and site supervision.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical site activities, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.

• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure snag-free delivery.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to planning and coordination efforts.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Support commissioning and handover processes.
