Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Specialist to oversee the evaluation, repair, and quoting of gearboxes and pumps. This role serves as a technical authority supporting sales, service, and customers with accurate diagnostics, repair recommendations, and cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and evaluate gearboxes and pumps for repair or replacement Develop detailed repair scopes and cost estimates Prepare accurate quotes for repairs, replacements, and upgrades Coordinate with shop technicians to ensure repair quality and scope compliance Communicate technical findings clearly to customers and internal teams Recommend reliability improvements and upgrade opportunities Support sales and customer service with technical expertise Maintain documentation for inspections, repairs, and quotes Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus plan compensation is determined based on knowledge, skill, and ability. This position offers compensation in the range of $60,000-$100,000 annually.
