Job Description Your tasks: ► Coordinate mechanics, reliability, simulation and design-for-manufacturing activities in international development projects. ► Plan and track project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring delivery according to quality, cost and timing targets. ► Prioritize project-related topics and make informed technical decisions based on the project context. ► Manage project risks and regularly report project status to management. ► Support root cause analysis, risk estimation and implementation of corrective actions. ► Create and maintain risk assessments related to technical, quality and production topics. ► Organize technical reviews and collaborate closely with domain experts. ► Ensure proper project documentation according to internal processes and methodologies. ► Lead supplier-related technical discussions and coordinate technical interfaces. ► Support introduction of new products in manufacturing plants, including assembly processes, machine and equipment planning with focus on total cost of ownership. ► Negotiate technical topics with customers and represent project-related technical aspects. Qualifications ► Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field ► Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive engineering ► Experience in project management within mechanical development, reliability, simulation or manufacturing environments ► Good technical understanding of battery electric vehicle (BEV) systems and components ► Strong analytical mindset with structured and precise working style ► Experience with DRBFM, FMEA, problem solving methodologies or risk assessment tools ► Fluent in English (both written and spoken) What gives you further advantages: ► Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills ► Interest in solving complex technical challenges ► Flexibility in handling changing priorities ► Strong communication and presentation skills ► Team leadership mindset and confident personality ► German language knowledge is an advantage Additional Information Get to know our #LikeABosch benefits.
