Fohntech Group is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Denmark.
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing mechanical operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pharmaceutical experience
  • Experience at commissioning stages of a project an advantage but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment and processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Mechanical or relevant engineering degree/certification.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate mechanical activities on-site, ensuring efficient execution of projects.
  • Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure accurate project implementation.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of mechanical work and address any deviations from standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain mechanical equipment, tools and materials to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
