A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bromsgrove Area!
With no day ever being the same the Mechanical Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Supervisory / Man Management experience
• Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience managing multiple contractors and maintenance contracts
• Energy from waste / Power plant / Process Plant industry experience
• Experience having the responsibility for rotating and high-pressure equipment

• Work within the maintenance budgets
• Fulfil the role of manager within the Mechanical maintenance team
• Support with internal, external and compliance Audits
• Plan, resource, and supervise mechanical maintenance during shutdowns.
• Support Electrical, Controls and Instrument Engineers as required
