Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple sites.
You’ll be working on a 4/4/4 roster with back-to-back shutdowns scheduled through to the end of the year. The role involves leading mechanical crews on Dragline and Wash Plant projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
