Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily site mechanical activities related to piping, equipment installation, rotating and static machinery, and mechanical systems.
  • Lead and coordinate the workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, HSE policies, and client requirements.
  • Review drawings, plans, and technical documents to provide guidance to the site team.
  • Monitor material usage, manpower productivity, and work schedules.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of all mechanical works.
  • Report progress, issues, and risks to project management in a timely manner.
  • Act as a multi-disciplinary supervisor where required, coordinating with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant mechanical supervisory experience in Oil & Gas / ADNOC experience must .
  • Strong background in piping, equipment erection, and commissioning works.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and solve site challenges effectively.
  • Good communication and reporting skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and industry practices.
