KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• DBS essential
• Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence and have own transport & tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver a great quality job on time

• Ability to manage a small team
• Complete schedule of works issued in agreed timeframe
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safe operating procedures specific to the industry
