Mechanical Supervisor – Temporary Contract (Up to 12 Months) We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Shepherd's Bush to join our busy team on a temporary contract for up to 12 months. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical installation works on site Manage mechanical operatives, subcontractors, and labour teams Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to required standards Monitor progress against programme deadlines and report updates Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications Liaise with site management, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow Ensure materials, tools, and plant are available when required Enforce health & safety procedures and site regulations Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within construction, M&E, or building services Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including pipework, HVAC, plant rooms, and installations SSSTS / SMSTS needed CSCS Card required Good communication and team management skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical information Contract Details: Temporary position for up to 12 months Start date 4th May 2026
Responsibilities
