MDS Aero Support is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team. This role goes beyond technical proficiency—it’s about unifying multidisciplinary teams, translating complex concepts across stakeholder levels, and driving engineering excellence in gas turbine test systems.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is central to the successful delivery of advanced gas turbine engine test facilities. It involves leading and integrating the mechanical scope of projects—including fluid systems, structural components, and mechanical interfaces—while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in mechanical systems along with an ability to drive engineering execution, build rapport with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical decisions clearly to a wide range of stakeholders. This individual will play a vital role in organizing mechanical activities and ensuring that project delivery meets technical, cost, and schedule targets. They will be expected to drive mechanical systems scope forward to success with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
