QUALIFICATIONS: Education: bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering Experience: 5-9 years of experience as Mechanical engineer   RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensure that specified portion of the project are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Study all mechanical drawings and comment if there is any technically mistakes according to the  • Assist in the definition of mechanical scope and prepare the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for mechanical scope such as (Over Head travelling Crane, Air Conditioning Works, Firefighting, plumping & drainage, and security systems). • Review and comment subcontractor offers, and technical submittals based on their involvement and scope of work. • Review/comment vendor transmittals for all mechanical works such as for (Over Head travelling Crane, Air Conditioning Works, Firefighting, plumping & drainage, and security systems). • Follow up the subcontractor site technical issues to resolve and provide best solution to avoid any negative  impact on the project “time/cost”. • Follow up with site engineers for the running activities for any clarification or correction maybe required during the construction progress.  • Review vendor inspection test plan (ITP) for all mechanical works. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Assess project needs, and materials needed for the project   REQUIRED SKILLS: • Basic Project Management Skills. • Effective communication skills. • Problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical skill and attention to details. • Strong in MS Office, AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
