This Position reports to: EG Service Engineering Manager You will be mainly responsible for: Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category (installation; maintenance; repairs; engineering and consulting; advanced services; extensions, upgrades and retrofits; end of life services, replacements, etc.) Designing custom mechanical components and assemblies for electrical enclosures, switchgear, control panels, retrofitting MV & LV circuit breakers and related industrial products Generating and maintaining bill of material, fabrication drawings, and assembly instructions, ensuring designs comply with applicable safety codes and standards. Providing technical support during production and assisting in resolving design-related issues Qualifications for the role: You are holding a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, preferably in an industrial or electrical manufacturing environment You possess knowledge of Design MV & LV switchgears and basic knowledge of technical standards You possess experience in 2D & 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN) You possess excellent communication and presentation skills You are at ease communicating in Arabic and English We value people from different backgrounds.
